Do not try to learn everything about creating a website because you will spend months doing nothing. As I said above, stick to the basics. Learn how to put up a website in plain html. You are not going to set up this website alone with a notepad from scratch. This would take too much time. What you need to do is to get a wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) software. Once you created a basic website, you need to get traffic. Do not try to learn ppc and banner advertising at the same time or you will end up with zero visitors at the end of the month.
