Want your advertising to take off? These three tips should do the trick.
Advertising...it's the make or break of every business. You can have the most fancy web site in the whole world and it doesn't mean a thing if you don't get people to see it. In this article, I'm going to share with you three of my best tips for promoting your web site. I promise you that if you follow these, you'll have more traffic than you know what to do with...targeted traffic that converts into sales, and not just tire kickers. The first tip is to set up a blog and post to it regularly. Why? Because Google loves blogs with content, lots of it. The more content your blog has, the higher up the search engines you'll go. The higher up the search engines you go, the more people will find you through searches. It's not rocket science. Now, on your blog, in addition to your articles, have an opt in box to collect subscribers. These are going to be the folks who end up buying from you someday if you give them a good reason to. The second tip is to write as many articles as you can and submit them to article directories. I personally recommend Ezine Articles because it is the top directory on the Internet, hands down. You'll get more eyes on your articles through Ezine Articles than anyone else. Make sure that you put a strong call to action in your resource box to get people to your blog. The mistake people make is that they put something lame like "John Doe is an Internet Marketer who..." This doesn't work. Nobody cares who you are. Give them a reason to go to your blog. That's what they care about. The third tip is to coordinate an advertising campaign using several methods such as video, audio and text. For example, you could submit a few videos to YouTube about your niche. At the end of the video, you can have a link to a site where people can hear an audio recording of a description of your product. At the end of the recording, you can direct people to your sales page. By coordinating your efforts like this, you lead your prospects down a path to a final destination where they ultimately become a buyer. Follow these three simple tips and you'll have more traffic than you'll know what to do with. To YOUR Success, Steven Wagenheim |
