| Internet Marketing Tips - Getting the Most Out of Your Marketing Efforts |

Want to get the most out of your marketing efforts? You might want to read this article before you do one more thing to promote your products and services.
Eventually, you reach the point as a marketer where you're no longer just concerned about making money. You're more concerned with how much time and effort you have to put in to make each dollar that you earn. After all, if you only have so many hours in the day, wouldn't you rather earn $50 for each hour you put in than $20? I know I would. In order to do this, however, you have to carefully track your marketing, not just in money spent but in time spent. You might find out that you're wasting way too much time. For example. I do a lot of article marketing. The reason is simple. Each article I write, on average, earns me about $50. Since it only takes me about 15 minutes to write one article, that comes out to about $200 income per hour worked. Considering that article marketing costs nothing, that's quite an impressive return on my investment. Therefore, I continue to do article marketing even though some people would say that I spend too much time on it. Well, I would be if I weren't making such a good return...and that's the key. On the flip side, I don't do a lot of pay per click. Why? Well, it's not very time consuming but what I find is that my return on investment isn't anywhere near what it is with article marketing. And since time is required to do keyword research and create the ads for my campaign, and may I add, a lot longer than it takes to write one article, it just doesn't make sense for me to spend much time on pay per click unless I know for certain that the niche I'm tackling really can't be reached as effectively with other methods. The point is, whatever it is you're doing to promote your products and services, you need to sit down and evaluate just how effective your efforts are. If you were spending an hour writing one article and that article only brought you an income of $10, then it probably wouldn't be worth your time to continue doing this in relation to other marketing methods you might be using. Once you've narrowed down your most effective methods, you can concentrate your efforts there and in return maximize your ROI. To YOUR Success, Steven Wagenheim |
