By typing in the same keywords that you used to find monthly searches, you'll find out how many competing sites that are out there that match those keywords. If there is too much competition or too little demand, the niche itself may be hard to break into. Another important part, and maybe the most important part, is determining if these searches are being made by people who have money to spend. Some people are simply looking for free information and if it's out there, the chances of them spending money on a solution to their problem are slim to none.
