Once you have developed and perfected such a system you have no problem in remembering what to do when, and to get to know such a system is not difficult.

The system you use should do the following:

  • Must be able to list all the tasks related to each of your websites or blog names - by website or blog name.
  • Must be able to list all your tasks - by category.
  • Must be able to list all your tasks - by date due.
  • Must be able to list all your tasks - by completed date.
  • Must be able to list all your websites and blog names - sequentially.
  • Must be able to list all your websites and blog names - by category.

This sounds difficult,but using Microsoft Outlook and the following guidelines,you will be organized in next to no time:

  • As you get a new website or blog name - go into Microsoft Outlook Contacts Tab and enter the name of your new site,and give it a category name as per the screen.(you can put in more than one category per site).
  • Before you do a task related to that site - go into Microsoft Outlook Tasks Tab and create a task for your site and link it to your CONTACT as per the left hand bottom side of your task screen,and again give it a category name(here again you can put in more than one category)
  • As you complete each task - go and mark it completed(in the task that you created,and fill in the relevant details in the task screen)
  • Now go into Microsoft Outlook Contacts Tab and select a Contact,and then select the Activities tab - you are amazed at what you see!!
  • Select the Microsoft Outlook Tasks tab and see your tasks as per category,or date,or whichever way you choose - can you be more organized ?


You must have patience at first because there are so many different ways of organizing yourself using this method and it can get confusing sometimes,but if you work at it you will definitely enjoy it!
