Do NOT buy the Quick Article Submitter. In this review, I will take you through my experience with the Quick Article Submitter software, and you can make your own choice as to whether or not it is a good investment for your internet business. I purchased the Quick Article Submitter at the beginning of September (2008). I installed the software immediately, and was very excited to get to work. The advertisement I purchased the Quick Article Submitter with said the software was very easy to use, and a one click set up. This unfortunately was not the case. I installed the software, and was disappointed to find out that I was not able to "one click" sign up for the different article websites, as it led me to believe. As I'm sure this is the norm for article submitter software's, I was none the less disappointed. I proceeded to "auto fill" in the forms with the Quick Article Submitter, but it still took a good hour before I had signed up with even 10 article directories. After much searching around, and finally signing up with enough article directories as I could handle, I was ready to "blast" my article to the different directories, as the Quick Article Submitter said it would do. I got ready to click on submit- and there was no submit button! To my dismay, I contacted the Quick Article Submitter company and asked them to help remedy this. It took them 1 1/2 days to respond. In the meantime, I tried logging into the software yet again to see if it was just my blond self missing the obvious, but there was still no submit button, or link, or anything. I tried logging in one more time, and this time, there was an error message. The software would no longer allow me to log in! By the time I heard back from the Quick Article Submitter representative, I just wanted my money back. The Quick Article Submitter representative did not address my question in the first email, instead responded with an generic "please let us know the problem and we can look into it for you" response. I responded with a polite "I would just like to be refunded for the Quick Article Submitter". The representative responded yet again (3 days later) as to what he can help me with, with no regards to my first 2 emails outlining my problems and solution. I have since sent 4 emails, and have called the Quick Article Submitter 3 times, and each time I have called, I was told someone would call me back within a certain time frame. I have yet to receive a call back, and I have yet to receive an email that is worth anything, and I of course, have yet to receive my refund. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. I do not recommend buying the Quick Article Submitter. It doesn't do what it is supposed to do, and the customer service is horrible. You are much better off submitting the article manually. If you would like to try a software that I definitely recommend, you can read about the Instant Article Wizard. |
