There are some very critical things you need to do before you hop into your internet ventures. They biggest mistake that people make is they don't plan properly before getting into this. They have no type of models or written goals what so ever.
There are some very critical things you need to do before you hop into your internet ventures. They biggest mistake that people make is they don't plan properly before getting into this. They have no type of models or written goals what so ever. The first thing you need to do before you start doing anything else is set your self a daily production plan. By this I mean you are going to determine how many hours per day, you are going to spend being productive. Productivity is anything that gets your closer to finishing your project. Try not to set something crazy, try to have it at least for 2 hours per day but no more than 6 hours per day. The second step to day one is, setting your goals. I want you to get out a piece of paper, and just start writing down everything you want to gain out of your business. Don't worry about if it is a realistic goal or not write now, just pour it all out. Now start crossing out the thing you see to be unrealistic, for example $1,000,000 in 2 hours. Heh, sorry, that's just not going to happen, at least now any time soon. Now once you have weeded out your unrealistic goals, start putting them into categories, what I mean is sort them by short term, intermediate, and long term. Share these goals and intentions with someone close to you. Weither it be your wife, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, chicken, duck, cat, ferret, whatever, just let someone you trust know. The reason I say this is because now you are kinda held accountable to do what you say you are going to do. It lights a fire under your booty in a way. Now take that paper you wrote those goals on, and put it some where you will see it all the time. Make copies and put them in various spots of the house. Put it in your office, the bathroom, the bedroom, the kitchen, I want you to constantly see it and read over it. This method has to do with your subconcious mind. Your mind will begin to see yourself reaching all these goals and your being exposed to it all the time, until that goal is you. You will reach all your goals that way, plain and simple. The last step for day way is to figure out your strengths and weaknesses. Try to be completely honest with yourself, you wont gain anything by lying. But for example, a strength might be that you are a quick learner and learn faster than others, and a weakness could be your writing skills (copy writing). This is going to help you figure out the things you need to work on, and also determine what you might want to outsource. Hoped this helped. Come back tomorrow for Day 2: Research. |
