The Business Decision That Almost Cost Me My Marriage! - Internet Marketing Australia

For years I have had a deep passion to have my own business. So much so that I have obsessed about it to the point of making myself sick. Over the years I have tried many different opportunities, all to no avail.

For the last 2 years I have been on the Internet, falling for every get rich quick scheme that I come across. The name of the game is great sales copy. Anyone with good sales copy can convince someone like me to buy into it.

Here's my story.

I have been married for almost 25 years. I have a wonderful husband who is very supportive in whatever I want to do. Throughout the years I tried so many different things and quit because they didn't work or it got to hard.

After going through several different so called opportunities, my husband started getting upset because I was wasting money on get rich quick schemes. After awhile he wouldn't listen when I wanted to try something new. Looking back, I don't blame him.

After awhile I started going behind his back and spending money on different opportunities I found on the net. About a year ago, I applied for 2 credit cards that he didn't know about, and after all was said and done I racked up almost $10,000 in credit card bills and didn't make a penny. I spend money on software, coaching programs, ebooks that are collecting edust. You name it I bought it.

My husband happened to come across the statements and it all came crashing down on me. He left for 3 days, (the worst 3 days of my life). All I wanted was my own business, but I went about it all wrong. I was trying to make a quick buck instead of learning the right way.

What I should have done right from the beginning was research and learn all I could from someone who walked the walk. Instead, I wanted to do what I thought was the easy way and make a quick buck.

I can't even begin to tell you the many mistakes I made in the past year that cost me more then even money. My husband forgave me, but it took a long time before he trusted me again. He gave me permission to finish building my website I had started if I promised to stick to that one thing through the end, and I couldn't spend anymore money.

You see I have a bad habit of starting something and not finishing it. It either gets to hard or something better or easier comes along that's more enticing. I end up moving from one thing to another and never getting anything accomplished. I have a bunch of unfinished projects. Sound familiar?

Well, I finally got smart and decided to start learning from someone who has been around the internet for awhile and who has a proven system that I could follow and learn from. That person is Ewen Chia. He is the Author of many ebooks and he teaches Affiliate Marketing. He is a very successful entrepreneur. He has been in Internet Marketing since 1997. I came to realize that starting an Internet business would take more than buying into get rich quick schemes. If it were really that easy, everyone would be doing it.

If you want to start a business, I urge you to do it the right way. Don't be taken in by false promises. It will take some work, but there are resources and tools out there to help you work smarter, not harder.

There are a lot of very good Internet Marketers out there that you can learn from. I personally recommend Ewen Chia because I have learned a lot from him. I purchased an ebook from him and joined his membership club. He teaches you how to get started from a newbie to a more seasoned Internet Marketer. He has a lot of tools and resources to get you up and running in no time.
