2. How many websites are linking to yours? - The more the linking to your website the merrier

3. What is the Page Rank of the website linking to yours? - The higher the PR, the better

4. The title of the page of the website linking to yours - if the title page is matches or matches closely your keywords the better.

5. The Reference text used in the link linking to your website? - This is what visitors in the other person's website clicks to land on your page. It should also bear your keywords.

6. The number of outgoing links on the website to other website that is linking to yours - The less they have the better

7. The total number of links on the website that is linking to you - The more the better

8. Are the website that are linking to you considered by the SEs as "authority websites"? - This is how the search engines view the website that is linking to you, is it an important website?

9. The IP Address of the websites linking to yours.- The higher the number of different IP linking to yours the better
